The NEA has reserved a block of rooms for exhibitors at the Westin Copley Place, a Starwood Hotels and Resorts property. The negotiated conference rate is $217 per night plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.45%). To book, modify, or cancel a reservation:
Please make sure that you identify yourself as a member of the National Education Association Exhibitor Block when booking your hotel stay to ensure that you receive the special discounted rate for NEA Expo exhibitors.
BEWARE OF FALSE AND FRAUDULENT HOUSING SCAM:
There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of NEA Expo and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Should you be contacted by anyone pretending to be affiliated with NEA Housing, please let us know.
The NEA is also pleased extend two special offers on airline travel to NEA EXPO exhibitors.
UNITED AIRLINES (www.united.com)
NEA EXPO exhibitors may take advantage of discounts on restricted airline fares to Boston, MA, on United Airlines. The discounts are available on reservations made directly with United or through a travel agent.
- For reservations booked online via the United Airlines website: Enter both the Z-code (ZY7G123491) and Agreement code (123491) without a space in the Offer Code Box to receive an additional 2% discount without a service fee. The additional 2% discount applies to published airfares only and excludes travel to/from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.
- For Travel agency bookings: To avoid debit memos and ensure tracking for United Meetings Rewards, the Z-code must appear in the Tour Code box. Note: Do not add letters “IT” in the Tour Code box or any other information in the Tour Code box other than the Z-code.
DELTA AIRLINES (www.delta.com)
Delta does not offer special discounts for the NEA meeting. However, if you include NEA’s Sky Bonus number (2666413709) while you continue to earn your personal frequent flyer miles, you will help NEA to earn free tickets used to offset the expense of higher cost business travel.
